Just playing with the numbers a bit more. Although we don't know what annual production will be let's say the mine life is 20 years.
Annual profit = $1.3bn / 20 = $65m
Earnings per share = $65m / 582m = 11c
If we use a P/E ratio of 10 then:
Estimate share price = 11c x 10 = $1.10
Of course this hasn't allowed for administration costs but I have used the worse-case figures presented in the announcements.
