The market cap is what counts, not the share price. CEO at 6.4c is a cap of $30 million. TVN at 0.016 is around $8.5 million.
Were TVN to reach CEO, its share price would be 0.056. CEO however is talking about coking coal, and its rise has been gradual with several corrections along the way. Talk of TVN at 3c next week is premature I think, though if a new bull run in the markets sets off who knows.
There's just too many sellers under 2c, and if the smart money are accumulating they'll take their sweet time about it, trying to dampen any runs and provoke those sellers into lowering their prices. With all that supply, I just can't see it running that quickly.
I'd love to see it 3c next week, but I think 1.3c is more likely.
