It's amazing when you look back over the past year how far AGO have come and yet the share price languishes around 99 cents. Production is up 66% (10MT/PA compared with 6MT/PA),
and yet the share price drops 40% from $1.68 to $0.99. Also this year AGO will increase their production to 12MT/PA which is another 20% increase from now and 100% increase from this time last year. Not only that, the average price AGO received for their Iron Ore has also increased from US$98/T to US$117/T, another increase of 20%.
So summing up - Production and sales up 66% (Soon to be 100%) and the average price per Tonne up 20% and share price drops 40%. Not to mention the Aussie Dollar which has also dropped 10%. OK, I guess I must be living in Bizarro world where up is down and down is up!
