That’s correct. ECT have simply stated that after NMDCs board meeting there was no news, then even after subsequent meeting with high level NMDC members, there was still no word, be it yes or even a no.
However, also after more meetings with NLC - whatever assurances ECT have received from NLC has been enough to say: “you know what NMDC, we’re just going to continue on without you. So well let all agreements lapse, unfreeze the deal in its current state and push on without you.
As I said previously, there has to be info in the background that has not yet been revealed publicly by ECT.
IMO this duck is far from dead...although the selling after we come out of suspension will be savage...if only just momentary.
