A scale of this project takes time, specially in India. They are tough to negotiate with, specially when it comes with $$$$ yes nmdc have to much to lose to let this project slip away and let nlc have it with ect.
Behind close doors there might be commercial terms negotiated, making sure theres a expansion straight into a commercial plant once proven so there is no more waits and approvals.
i read a lot more than i post on hot copper and will never give in to downrampers who want to spread fear so people sell. They may well be just doing it to pick up cheap shares.
