Looks like an interesting paper. I have only just skimmed over it.
I note that they got promising results but the CPP they used was just "TAT".
We know that PYC has endosomal-escape CPPs that are much, much better than TAT. (Maybe even an order of magnitude better?)
If PYC searched their CPP library they could probably find some that are specific for the target cells (in this case, dendritic cells).
Perhaps another avenue for PYC's products in future? A vaccine for cancer....hmmm.
