i have a different view. I think there are people willing to buy more at 13.5 and there are other(s) who will be selling a few if it gets to 14.5 or so as their average buy price may be half or a quarter of that. If that is what is going on then it does not neeed to be any more than that. What is pretty obvious is that if you wanted a lot in a hurry we would probably scoot back above 19 as this price would become resistance then a floor once the next lot of info is released.
