sp prediction

Hi all, new to this stock:

I see HBSWRX quoting Chand as predicting the NMS SP to be $5 in a few months. What's this based on?

I see current market cap of $156 million and SP of 56c, so estimated 280 million shares. Haven't looked at the outstanding options yet but assuming they're not too substantive...

For a $5 SP to be justified even on an optimistic PE of 30, NMS would have to have NPAT of $46 million. is this expected?
