Dear Charlie,

I am puzzled why you asked SBL the question when infact kwaidan post it. Heeehee. Well, i think kwaidan is just rambling on about possible SP of NXS in 24 months time. And we all know, anything is possible especially if what the say about stories of peak oil comes true and NXS get their assets into production in the future. So in fact, as you would know many factors both internal and external will impact the SP valuations during now till then, such as:

- LT in production
- AED proceeds, and finalisation of sale
- Possibility of a CRUX farm out
- Echuca further down the road? Woah!
- Changes in oil prices in the future (Greater probability it be going up on the basis of S&D factors, consequence of the credit crunch slowing exploration and drilling to find new reserves etc)

Debt is the biggest risk atm, however as i keep stressing the underlying value is there with good prospects and potential ahead. A company in the making.
