And the really serious part is.. sell the yukon for that price, then you have the cashola for a 5 well pilot plant in the hrz at franklins bluff, and the other 8 to 10 stepout wells.. plus loads of cash left.. leaving high % of hrz until final sale, if it ever happens... seeing that the pilot plant would be churning out revenues etcetcetc.. leading into stepout development along the highway..
