As far as I'm concerned Iggy didn't mention a cap raise. The board included it in one of the options to be voted on at the AGM. In fact, ATC under Iggy released a statement surrounding progress to financing.
The board is pursuing prudent capital management IGGY is doing his job in getting financing.
PEople overly focusing o the cap raise are likely to be wrong as they were at the Last Cap raise SPP. why because they're taking their own book. Scaremongering and/or Bravado.

Ocean View is right if a bit assertive. The SP will go wherever dependent on the results of competing factors.
