Presumably a new improved product will result in more sales - from both new customers requiring hearing implants plus existing customers looking to upgrade. I told my wife on the weekend that I thought COH was a great buy. She said how they will increase their profit and I said perhaps they might release a new product. She is kicking herself today for not buying.
I am only back to my buy in price a month ago, but good to see a positive announcement and the share price jump. You can't beat buying blue chip stocks when they are down.
