Hi Charles, I was thinking along similar lines, but with a twist.
If I was selling a product, I would want to charge the highest price I can achieve in a market, and still generate the required volumes to meet the business needs. To do this, I wouldn't offer the final product until I had every competitive advantage the product may have at my disposal.
It is near impossible to reset a product to a higher price, particularly immediately after launch.
Could it be that WE are delaying final contracts, in the knowledge that our greatest competitive advantage, our highly sensitive rapid saliva test, is about to be validated and announced to the market. WE may well be holding the hordes back so we get the best price available.
There is so much negativity in these threads .... much from a company that has often been the "victim" .
I'm hoping the BOD are a million miles from "victim" mentality in their thinking , and we are the commercial aggressors.
