if someone makes a negative prediction of say 18cents whilst at 23 cents in an upward momentum stock is that more or less wild ramping than suggesting 60 cents ?

so long as the ramps are close they are ok and not worth calling out? Are those downramps based on anything but speculative opinion and wanting to trade swings? Who cares that they are nearer current prices.

Who's listening to ramping anyway?
