I suspect that the person or persons who exercised 3.5 million 2023 options @ 3 cents today was probably able to also sell a large number of the newly acquired shares in the same transaction. Even @ 18 cents that would have been a huge 6 times cost windfall. Good luck to whoever it was.
I believe that the above manouvre would have accounted for the volume and intra-day price drop today.
I wish I had had the nerve and ready cash to buy @ 18 cents.
