yes Snookered and halve that to 25% for exceeding 12 months holding and Im sure Filby fits that category. It is a disincentive to sell at this stage given the prognosis for capital appreciation moving forward. At some stage for sure it will raise its head. A good problem to have!. Glad most of my holdings are in Super...Haha but then the $1.65million (I think that's the number) Super rule will kick in. Haven't looked into that. What a problem to have i guess!!!!
