Can someone explain to me why after all this hype on this...

    Can someone explain to me why after all this hype on this initial announcement MEO SP is at 50c (up from a huge drop to 43c ), that is 8.5c less than before the CR and 2c below the actual CR ???
    I have my theory, but would like some imput from others here.
