Well that's the theory, and correct more than not.
My 20 cents - SP consolidations rarely hide a bad company, and thats not to say that FML is one yet. Your examples in SBM - of which I still hold - Ouch, CCC, I dumped before consolidation.
However a good company will always be a good company consolidations or not.
There are no more excuses left for FML, now that they have the money. I give FML another 12 months to perform
