FML can't be 2c with $250m cash. With a current market cap of $280m, it would become about $200m, so way under cash backing.
The thing about a share consolidation with this one is that it wouldn't do much- half the shares will still not be traded, so it's a "moot" thing to do. However, one of the analyst reports says it is a possibility (30:1), so I guess they got that from the company.
