"something not right with this company"??? Funny and rather obvious comment given the 3,000 previous posts of yours.
One possibilty that is a little less dramatic .. is that like me many TZ share holders would have received the Notice of EGM and background material in the mail this afternoon. Let's say you were a long-term holder who doesn't feverishly watch the chat rooms and announcements every day and you received this. Wouldn't you go "oh sh*t" what a mess ... I had better get out while I can???
