    Consolidation from 4.1 to 5.9 cents now completed, significant break-out above that price now underway. Projection from formation indicates a target to +7.7 cents. Look for build in buying volume. Stochastics and On Balance Volume both indicate a bullish move is underway. Good luck to all longs.
