I just remember thinking part of the reason the deal with Capricorn took so long to be announced was because they wanted a seat at the SPX table. To which I was informed nah their % was too low so that won’t be it. Anyway next week all announced and Cap have a seat at the table.
This time my nagging feelng (and happy to be wrong) the final payment for the DSD work and the 1.8 for the build of product are actually terms buried in the release of the 7m and not on top of Capricorns investment in to SPX. Time will tell, 4C comes out soon.
