Either all of the negative above are true, or maybe the other possibility is that he expects to be around for another 5years to see this company grow into that portfolio dividend stock he once talked about.
Also, to me, it might also be seen as an indicator that things are moving along very, very well. Would be a strange move if it's not. Just another possible angle one could imagine.
