I think that most of us understand that the current global financial crisis and volatile copper prices has a lot to do with these cornerstone investors and cudeco coming to an agreement on the share price.

These investors I think, need to look further down the track and I make reference to page 20 of the annual report under the heading " Project Development, Infrastructure and Logistics.

And I quote relating to the Rail Loop and Multi-use Loading Facility " The level of interest already shown from parties interested in participating in the shared use of this much needed facility has surpassed the Company's expectations".

And also "Along with several options currently being explored to supplement our power needs, including wind and solar power, the Company has NOT RULED OUT spinning these assets out into a new Infrastructure and Logistics IPO, to be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

And I am assuming that us as shareholders, will have first crack at the IPO.
