Fear that Australia will enter recession and or that house builds will slow or fear from rumour. iit is a very thinly traded company so it only takes a handful of shareholders worrying about their money for a big share price decline to occur.
As a similar example, the share price decline by dicker data from $1.80 to $1.40 is said to be occurring because a single investor is selling.
It may even just be no fear and a big seller selling because they found better value in another company
