I note that in the half year results the company states "Management is well advanced in securing the additional funding whch may take the form of equity, debt or a combination of both". To me well advanced should mean they have nearly finalised a share placement and any shortfall will come from debt such as a loan or convertible note. I would think that the company would prefer if new equity could fund the lot. In spite of the dilution for existing shareholders a successful placement would be good but it depends on the price. If the price is around 15c or more then it might be a good thing . If it is made at say 10c or less the sp will IMO collapse to under that amount. Does anyone have a view on whats likely to happen with this capital raising.
