In the last month a rebound slow buying has resulted in accumulation to .015 below that is .013, but the overall pattern is a slow build up long term positions not wanting to miss a announcement.

the Macd looks likely to cross downwards after todays sell, yet the buyers still see position here and that is reflected by what I see to be another cross upwards probably in a 2 week period.

After that if no news then a low volume would probably set in and things will be different by then.

Basically if we get good news the the price goes up, if not then those that day trade will sell off.
