So if what you "guess" is true the buyers average cost 80+80+28.29=188.29/3= 62.3 per share. So you honestly think that the opening price of the rights would be more than you average price of 62.3? So there is a 34 point spread that it would be lower while you only have a 10 point spread that it would be higher than your 62.3 average price.
