from the source you're using lamda... the day before was .12 and it grew to .38 the next day... I'm pretty sure the math says it is rising. shheeesh... you have no idea what you are talking about... (these are only new positions and do not tell us what the gross/accumulative is... we have no idea what has been covered from these records).
