sp rising & shorts rising = 13.55%, page-22

in my point of view the tol completely screwed up the short strategy.

shorters had a very good time the last months but didn´t take any preperations for a reversal.

it´s a little bit like jan/feb, when tol was "announced" the first time. Sp rised and the only answere from the shorters algo was to fire more shorts into the market.
It´s like the result of a computer program which parameters are not trimmed to the actual cirumstances.
But now it seems a lot more dramatical

You might have a look into the may data.
on 28/05 we had a sp like now, but the short interest rate was by app. 175.000.000, which is about 25% less than today !

for me this confirms, that shorters ´ve had their good times unless lynas must announce very bad news which i personally don´t believe
