In my opinion the SP is trading at a discount right now because there has not been much news. It has probably started to go back up due to "Constellation Brands Inc" which took out a 10% stake in Cannopy Growth.
Cannopy Growth happen to also have a 11% stake in AC8.
In May AC8 raised 12 million at 50c per share. At the time this was a 16% discount to where the SP had been at. Based on that alone if you look at where the SP is even now with the gains it has made, I would still consider it to be cheap.
