It's a small-sized team. So I would very much doubt if the Head of IR has the discretion to change the company communication approach without CEO or board approval. Furthermore, all announcements will likely be vetted, reviewed and signed off by the CEO. So I very much doubt this is the doing of IR without directives from SN himself. I'm sure he is busy, but surely no busy enough to not notice the total lack of announcement in the past couple of months.
