15% = around 57c (base case)
150% = $1.25 ("bull" case)
greater than 150% = >$1.25 ("bull" case)
Walyering commissioning and first few months of operation will be critical here. If something goes "unexpectedly wrong", STX will get hammered and the predator(s) will swoop in on the dumps from the "funds". Others may follow suit. Somehow, i think it will not be an easy ride. Im setting myself a 18-24 month time frame for the "bull case" to come in.
