swami YOU are RIGHT.!!! And the fact they cannot get approval is exactly why ADO will be included in the device and be able to DEMAND a reasonable royalty. Like maybe a minimum of 5%. Because the device works at the required level but only with their nanoglue. And on the sensor it works even better!
Which means that gun you hold just shot you in the foot.
