Whilst in some ways I don't like cross promotion, in some ways I think it's very good - if it's spreading awareness.

Most of my awareness of new companies to invest in has originated from cross promotion. If it's a poster that you respect, then it's worth looking into their suggests (or even their list of holdings, that some include as a footnote).

You are certainly one of the most popular posters around, well on the imu thread at least.

As somebody mentioned on imu something like - "how do you guys get to know about companies before they do a big run?"

Obviously the answer (to me) is to find companies that are way below what I consider fair value. But they are hard to find amongst so many stocks. So it's good to give a heads up, or a few pointers. So point them to ptx!!!
