I do find this answer a bit CONFUSING in fact: Either SYC knows for sure that those top line safety results will come about or alternatively - if it is really 'only hope' - then they could be months away....?? And as you, supertramp, has mentioned before (and I do agree) - the longer the wait the better the outcome....
However, the share-price action today seems to kind of suggest that PERHAPS some people are already 'in the know' ?! Or perhaps it is just a way overdue re-rating of the PTX share-price?
Time will tell as usual.
