    They should lag by 6-7c behind PTX.
    The exercise price ot ptxoc is 6.25cents
    They could lag by up to 10 cents depending on volatility.
    If PTX is 30c the option might only be 2ocents.
    That's when you might consider sending the company
    6.25c to convert into full share or just sell on market .
