I have certainly entertained the idea of joint ventures/partial sales as I mentioned last week, however I'm strongly leading towards the joint venture aspect and licensing rather than an early sale.

I wonder if those billion dollar companies on the web are in direct interest of PTX itself or the broader technology? You may be onto something right there? Exciting, if not with those mentioned companies I'm 99% sure now we are going to see a red hot announcement regarding a partner and OmniCar sooner than later.

We would have to be at the top of the list for interested parties, knowing we are only one of 3 companies developing multi ligand treatments that can attack multiped targets or evolving targets.

I think it's all well & good for some Car-T parties to be dismissive of OmniCar or similar programs but as these programs progress, if successful will be hard to dismiss.

The safety, effectiveness, cost and versatility of current Car-T therapy is such that should a competitor have access to something like OmniCar targeting the same cancer, it could quickly put them out of business.

What Oncologist is going to pick a conventional Car-T therapy over an OmniCar/Car-T treatment that is...

1- Far safer with low toxicity & a treatment that can be turned on and off at the Oncologists command.

2- Can continue to target solid tumors rather than losing potency & being limited to treating blood cancers as the antigens fade.

3- Is versatile and can have multiple ligands added at any point to the antigens to target multiple or mutated cancers, as PTX explained in the presentation that mutation is often very rapid with many cancers and there is simply no time to adapt the treatment where OmniCar can plug and play instantly which will ultimately mean life or death for many.

Programs like OmniCar may become mandated by health authorities in the future for all we know? Kind of like safety packages for cars are now.

Thanks for the great reply post! Further to our discussion on the potential for collaborations in the US, Loxo Oncology which PTX reference on their website has "collaboration" written all over it.. to the extent that they devote a page to "Partners"....
