But isn't the idea of one company buying another company... that they "inherit" it's licenses, contractual and financial obligations etc.?
I would be surprised if there was a clause in the contract between Penn and Prescient that could stop this. It's a pretty key point that would be nice to be able to clarify next time there is a Q&A (although it is probably confidential information).
