The perception that a high premium exercise price automatically means a company's SP will get there is probably what a lot of penny stock BOD hope the perception will be in the market. Like most here believe, a tangible rerate is on the cards, tho.
Free oppies aren't a gift as such if unlisted (coz they can't be traded) and as a few have pointed out the cost to Rebecca to convert them is a huge $1.43 million!
What hasn't been highlighted is the fact that if and when Rebecca does convert the oppies she has been issued, the company then derives nearly one and half million dollars in cash to progress our projects!
