we have gone past the due diligence stage per company's penultimate announcement; with firb now in hand and formal agreement negotiated between the parties ( per last company announcement) the next announcement expected any time now should be the completion of formal agreement and the payments. hope we hear soon whether they are signing in beijing or perth.
