Deansy agree entirely with your pov and reasoning, and the stopping of the share buy back is strange, as Mike points out, in the 21 Feb 2012 Media release they speak of a "full strategic review of the property portfolio", maybe some write downs coming ?
Nonetheless they did reconfirm that results would be at least 20% better than 2011, so i have a reasonable degree of confidence in what i see on the Comsec (Morning Star) forecasts.
Today reached a new yearly low 95c, with a very high daily volume (1,150,990), according to my Comsec chart, highest since 19/01/2011 (2,801,551).
Not a chartist, but i read that a high volume can often signify the end of a trend.
