Charts are terrific for trends and bounces etc. But no chart can predict what will happen on the announcement either way. So if you believe hold on and keep accumulating if you can. When the announcement comes in, if positive, there will be no resistance and it will be purely new territory for far. So if you're not on board but believe in the company and the senegal play, a few cents here and there before the announcement will be insignificant post the announcement, if it's positive.
