I'm still not sure I understand their competitive advantage. "dark fibre investments" and "data centres" doesn't sound like much of a competitive advantage to me. Why would companies go to VOC for dark fibre services or date centres as opposed to other companies.

And "customer service" sure that can be a competitive advantage in certain cases, but my experience is that companies overestimate their customer service as opposed to reality in their customers eyes.

And a combination of all of the above to give a competitive advantage? I don't know about that...If they have a competitive advantage it would be from doing one thing better than everyone else...like: cheaper prices, higher quality product, superior technology.

I just don't know what it is that VOC has that can't be replicated.
