don't you think the stock price could get stuck in the 2-3 cent range for a while as some holders who particpate in SPP offload their shares and keep their 2 free options they received per share?
i think there will be an overhang for a while, then we will see some rises.
obviously, a good announcement or a turnaround in the market could change this very quickly.
