i haven't spoken to Leon yet, but in all fairness it seems they are getting on with it and doing their jobs fine. They continually give us s/holders updates, and that is enough. His reports are well written as well.
shareholders don't have a right to interfere with company management, the only right we have is the voting. We can express our opinion sure, but it doesnt count to anything.
