Share price & company performance/management.

Many have raised concerns about debt, so you arent the first here & its valid.

The share price has actually been to $24. Although the sp fluctuation may be down to performance, much of it is just the market & management cant be responsible for it being over bought/sold.

Regarding sp & performance correlation, you might look at the PE. CZZ's PE is the lowest in its sector.
