I believe they are at commercialisation stage. after having been an r&d company fir 15 years they feel confident enough to go to demo build. They wouldn’t have gone to demo on view of the investing public unless they believed they were ready fir it. I am inclined to think that way because there is a tangible product that we can all see at the evd of the demo build. Yes, costs need to come in cheaper than using traditional construction techniques but if they aren’t there yet they will be soon through continuous improvement. If management have proven one thing it’s that they can adapt improve the machine. Have a look at there videos and particularly the one which showed their tech progression over time. I’m not here to argue semantics but I strongly believe at or near commercialisation. Imo
