That's their game, keep it down and buy up the frustrated traders shares as they exit.
I don't see the 21.5-22c range changing until they're done. I actually think someone could dump 1m shares and it would be greedily gobbled up.
21.5-22c is the range until they're done. No gap, no change, no chart, nothing to see here.....
They're a double edged sword these institutions. It's as boring as it is frustrating.
