The last broker data posted by RickDipper on 31/08/2016 got moderated, Post #18809751, and I don't think he (or another) has posted broker data since.
I agree, it would be useful to have those data on a regular basis.
Does anyone know where they may be reliably found? If it becomes public knowledge after a week(??), then there should be a listing somewhere. No?
Of course, the real question is which entities are behind the selling/capping and what are their reasons. Broker data show just the aggregated transactions, but not their clients, nor their client's affiliations — let alone the information that the clients and their affiliates may have access to (progress in financial negotiations, likely debt:equity structure of funding agreements, details of impending deals with JV partners, to mention a few).
Note: I make no allegations against any entity or entities in particular: singly, jointly or severally.
